Rita White Silk Scarf “Brooklyn Bridge” Design
100% Silk Scarf “Brooklyn Bridge” Square
Brooklyn Bridge 100% Silk Scarf is a design based on an abstract hand drawing by Rita White of the much loved Brooklyn Bridge. Many lines, colours and textures together to create the essence of this magical place in New York.
The tree represents the ‘little Ireland’ memorial which is close by to the area on the east side, with the Irish roots wrapping around like strong cables. As you enter the bridge and see all the lines and squares of windows and buildings on each side. The green, white and gold can also be seen in an abstract way through the scarf. The long rectangular shape is easy to style and wear.

Silks, woollens, silk-cotton blends and other delicate natural fabrics that require dry cleaning, may also be hand washed with considerable care. In order to maintain the luxurious softness and vibrant colours it is recommended that they are washed using cold water and a neutral soap such as Woolite or baby shampoo. Do not rub or brush, just gently move it about in the water. Avoid soaking in water for long periods. Rinse with cold water, do not twist or wring as this will damage the fibres. Hang the scarf to dry away from sunlight. Iron the silk using a dry iron and not steam.
